Question about Philips GoGear SA3125/37 MP3 Player

Cant get music to play on SA3125/37

I've just bought the SA3125/37 today and have put music on it but when i go to play it, the music won't play, it stays on pause. Please help me!

This is the most common problem... you've to check if the music you've added is "copyright protected"... if so, try downloading from some other source... if you've ripped the file, then deselect the "copyright protection" option in your ripper...
If your files aren't copyright protected then, make sure you've copied the songs into the right folder in your player... like music should be added to the "music" folder in your player... and videos should be added to "video" folder... also wav files should be added to "voice" folder in your player...

hope this would be hlepful... n yeah, this player is awesome... even if its a hardware problem, then get it replaced by warranty... it's worth doing it...

I have a similar problem, except mine just won't let me play it at all .... not because it's paused or anything and sometimes I have music in the artists or albums but no songs are found in the all songs thing... this mp3 is terrible... i'm upset that i bought it

My mp3 wont play songs that i put


My jwin jx-mp101blk quit when I deleted the folders in it to make room for saving stuff. It still works as a memory stick, but won't play. What are the needed files?

change the mode of the player to MSC from Mtp MODE AND SEE
GO TO SETUP AND ENTER usb MODE AND SELECT msc I THINK THAT SHOULD solve your problem

Synchronize music


i had the same problem. all i did was format it and reload all of my songs and now it works perfectly. hope this works for u 2!!!!!

Zen neeon froze


I'm facing the problem too. The only thing you can do is push a pin or straightened paper clip into the Reset button. But dont push too hard as you might spoil the thing. So its good to bring a safety pin along, just in case.
