Question about Philips GoGear SA3125/37 MP3 Player
I've just bought the SA3125/37 today and have put music on it but when i go to play it, the music won't play, it stays on pause. Please help me!
This is the most common problem... you've to check if the music you've added is "copyright protected"... if so, try downloading from some other source... if you've ripped the file, then deselect the "copyright protection" option in your ripper...
If your files aren't copyright protected then, make sure you've copied the songs into the right folder in your player... like music should be added to the "music" folder in your player... and videos should be added to "video" folder... also wav files should be added to "voice" folder in your player...
hope this would be hlepful... n yeah, this player is awesome... even if its a hardware problem, then get it replaced by warranty... it's worth doing it...
