If you are running Windows XP or Vista, you need to be sure you are logged on with full administrator rights. If you are not, the system will not allow any software installs.

Try suspending your Anti-Virus software for a few minutes. If the game works then, configure the Anti-Virus to trust it.

What am I paying for Prime Membership and what dates am I covered to? Thanks,

You don't mention it so I have assumed that you are referring to "Amazon Prime". This is £79 per year.
There is a free 30 day trial.
I cannot log into your account, but can advise that your payments will be 12 months apart, so worth checking when first was made, or whether you are still within trial period.

A list of ways to speed up my computer

1. Add more RAM.
2. Defragment the disk-drive.
3. Buy a faster-spinning disk-drive (7200 RPM versus 5400 RPM).
4. Run a "full" virus-scan.
5. Close unnecessary programs (BitTorrent, MSN Messenger)
when you're not using them.
6. Pay your Internet Service Provider more per month, to get a higher-speed service.
7. Buy a "high-end" video-card -- a slower video-card makes the computer seem slower.

Every time I open an email with an attachment my pc crashes. My isp is aol. Also I am prevented from accessing my aol mailbox on Internet explorer

this is a setting from the browser ...go to tools internet options( explorer) or options from tools for mozila and add to exceptions ..or lift the interdiction ...
in what regards the attachments into the mails its a blocking from the anti-virus...go to the anti-virus settings and lift the scanning for attachments or at least make 'it more permissible >>

I have virus scan running but cannot fully download the updated Internet Security Suite although I have already subscribed to this, although this was not necessary because I already pay to Mcafee Virus...

You might have a program(s) that are conflicting with your virus protection or have a virus already! In my experience with virus stuff, I would consider reformatting. Doing a clean install of the computer and uninstalling ALL virus protection that might be stuck in it with the factory settings and then finally installing the one that you want.
And if you want my advice for which is a great virus protection program- I'd suggest Avast. It's free and incredible with protection, plus it's not a resource hog and will free some up for you so you can run your computer faster.
But I'm not an expert so if anyone else may have a better solution- go for it. :D

Aol membership?

If you think your bona fide had been abused close payments from your bank account. Aol will probably ask you to pay the last month of service. Pay eventually the month in arrears and your relations with aol should end there.
