Generic problem for all PC Desktops

I recently bought a HP

I recently bought a HP Deskjet all in one printerF4100 series and installed it but nothing but trouble withm it so I uninstalled.

I then tried to reinstal it and it came up saying it was not compATIBLE.

It said and I was told by the supplier that it was compatitable with Windows XP.

However I think that I have Windows XP Professional

Can you advise what to do please

I have the same problem

I know someone who can solve this problem

what is the exact model of your printer?

select it on that page and go on to software downloads
