Defective Control Panel. In early 2006 a defect was found with some of the Phaser Control Panels. This has been corrected in manufacturing and new versions of the control panel placed into inventory. Solution: Fixed! Did not fix. Try the Engine Only test print on the rear of the machine. If the print is successful, the display is defective and needs to be replaced. Using the Centerware IS (CWIS) and using the Support Tab will connect you to Knowledgebase for any procedures on how to change this control panel. Contact Product Support, 800-835-6100 for any other questions regarding this issue.

If your Xerox Phaser 6300, 6350 or 6360 has a blank display, garbled characters, inverted or upside down display you most likely need to replace the control panel. it is very easy to do and takes about a minute. Here's a video to show you how
