NI B4 II on Mac problems with tonewheel file (by 2 users)

Hi everyone, when I install the NI B4 II on mac, it tells me "no tonewheel files found, please re intsall the B4" , I re install it and the same problem agian and again, can someone help me please?

What I did was go was to go into the library and find the com.native-instruments.B4 II .plist and trash it. Then, start the B4 again and the window asking for the correct files should appear. If the same happens repeat the process.
