Question about Dell UltraSharp 2405FPW 24" Flat Panel LCD Monitor
i turned my computer on and the monitor just went black
it is not the computer because i just plugged up my old monitor and it works fine
i tried to see if i could fix the coloring on it but you can barely see because the monitor is just black
The logic board on the LCD panel itself goes out a lot on that unit. If you have everything but a picture then that is the problem. Rub your finger on the screen if you see light behind your finger but no picture then this is definently your problem. If there is no light then your inverter is the most likely problem. www.lcdrepair.us sells all parts for that unit.
