I have the same problem with my izone 300. I charge it all night and the charge lasts only seconds. I only got to use it a few times before this problem showed up.

Where is the battery

Hi,

To locate the battery on your Polaroid Izone 300 Digital Camera, please remove the back case of the Izone 300.

On the bottom of the camera, you will find three screws that hold the case in its place. Use a screw driver to remove them.
Now, take off the back of the case and you will be able to access battery in the camera.

It is plugged into a socket on the inside of the camera.

This will resolve the issue you are facing.
In case you need any further input, please comment and let me know, and I will be more than happy to assist you to further resolve your issue.

I will look forward to your feedback and positive rating.

Where are the batteries in the polaroid izone 300

The battery is inside the camera. It is very small, and part of the motherboard. In other words, if this camera's battery life is short, your camera is dead.

Changing battery..can't find

I took my izone 300 apart and replaced the battery with one purchased from Digiplant on Ebay for $9.98, shipping included. The battery is a Lithium Polymer 3.7 volt, 280 Mah, but I used a 3.7 volt, 550 Mah. It improves the battery life immensly and the flash never fails like it did on occasion when it was new. Hope this helps everyone looking for a replacement battery.

Polaroid Change Battery ?

to answer your question on charging your camera with your pc you can if you have the drivers installed on your computer it will let it charge through the usb. as for your second question about being able to replace your cameras battery: well the answer is that it's not possible to unless you either send it to the company to replace it should or when it fails. they will charge you a fee if the camera is out of warranty or the alternative is basically opening the camera and finding a similar battery. should you decide to open your camera than this is the possible solution that i came up with for replacing the battery.

Polaroid izone 300 battery

From what you say I imagine this is built into the case with no opening to allow removal. So that it is recharged in situ. It that right. If so Polaroid is the only place to go- unless you can open up the camera to see what the battery is like. I imagine that in fact it can only be a standard type of battery but perhaps modified to fit he Polaroid housing. Have you actually checked Polaroid Tech Support Team re this
