I would like to recomend you to open the computer case, and look for the part number on the power supply. and search it by that number. That way you will be sure that you are buying the right one.
if i was you id replace the whole motherboard and cpu together and you would really notice the diffrence and if you do it with a good board it wont need to reinstall the windows it will just update all the drivers
Have the driver ready go to device manager find sound card if you see a yellow ? mark it might say other device Action/choose/uninstall reboot your computer windows should find a new device. I asume you know how to install your driver if not there is a reed me file with the driver. If windows did not find your sound card remove the card reboot uninstall agin in device manage. start and stop computer then install driver agen with driver redy. Larry
try to make un-install drivers for the printer, then reboot and install driver agin.
I think, it might be your driver currepted and cause this problem.
