Kitchenaid superba ice freezes in the bin (by 2 users)

i have to empty out the ice bin every couple weeks bcuz the ice in it starts to freeze solid. also freezing up at the bottom of the bin where it is to be dispensed to the door.

ok thanks, i'll give that a try. it was set on the arrow in the middle, so i moved it to colder setting.

The dispensor door for icemaker doesn't close all the way. Causing the ice to freeze solid above the dispensor.

The temperature of your freezer is probably set to low allowing the ice to melt a bit, then refreeze. Try setting your freezer temp a bit lower. That should fix it.
