Question about Dell Wireless 2350 Router
I have the Dell 2350 wireless router. (Also, a telephone adapter for the digital phone and a cable modem.) I've been using this set up for 3.5 years with no problems.
Now I lose my internet connection only on my wireless computer when the phone rings. I updated the firmware last week, but it didn't help anything.
Assuming I need to replace the router, do I need to buy a new wireless adapter along with the new router? I guess I'm asking if the internal adapter in my computer has to match the wireless router? Should I just buy another Dell router to keep it simple?
Thanks for any advice.
You won't have to buy a new adapter as long as the new router uses the same standard (i.e. 802.11b, g or n).
