This is an easy fix for a 14$. The seal at the water tank connection is worn. Take the water tank off. There is a round flat topped plastic retainer. Pry off the retainer (comes off easily). You will see a black round o-ring made to fit on a channel. Remove the o-ring and replace.Two minutes and you are without water leaks. The grind might be too fine or the grind chamber is blocked, remove brew unit and check the door covering the grind chute to make sure it is clear, or adjust towards coarse about 2 numbers.
Try to set the machine to grind finer. Common problem with this machine when the grinder grinds too coarse, and the coffee will not fit in the brew unit during the cycle. Grinding finer will allow the brew unit to compress and the machine should complete the cycle.
Try descaling the machine. If there is no water getting to the brew unit then it might be blocked, if you checked the brew unit then the blockage might be at the boiler or one of the lines.
It sounds like the heatingellement of the boiler is broken.Pump works. you also , if i am right get no hot water if you try that.

Placing it is not too hard as long as you work methodical.
normaly descale it gonna affect the water . in the waste cointainer do you have coffee that goes there i tink the brewer is the problem the pvc thing inside the machine that can be remove .remove check it visualy something blocking it cheers
