Question about Audio Players & Recorders
Install and run the Philips Device Manager from the product CD.
Connect the GoGear to your PC and select the Repair / Restore option from Device Manager and follow the on-screen prompts.
This applies to most Philips models, but if it doesn't help, let me know the model number (SAxxxx or HDDxxxx) so I can give you more specific help.
