Question about Harman Kardon SoundSticks II Computer Speakers
Hi u replied this: U probbaly blown an IC. U could take them to a repair shop :) but if u are in Western Europe or USA they are going to charge u extra :P
The IC itself costs around 7-8 euro, deppending on the producer. do u have any idea where i can buy a part to repair this as i have had no luck finding a repair shop
The sound sticks do not show at all in the sound preferences on two different computers. One running 10.5.2, one 10.4.x. I get a "disconnect pop sound when I unplug them hot. But no sound when I connect them to AN Y of the other 9 units I have here at my office. Is there a repair to the sticks available? I do show a blue light within the base speaker. Help please... Or at least make a decent replacement recommendation.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
