Sounds like you need to think about buying another laptop. Or replacing the LCD screen. Search ebay or amazon for screens.

The power button is light is on but my lap top won't turn on
there is usually more than one possibility,
1. the lcd cable has frayed from the continued opening and closing,
2. one or both of the ram chips have malfunctioned, you can fix this by removing one of the chips, restarting, mixing and matching the different slots with different chips, MAKE SURE YOU INSERT IT AT A 40 DEGREE ANGLE until it has fitted in snugly, then push it down, or you can damage the motherboard connectors.
3.most likely the graphics chip has overheated and the solder has melted and lost it's joints on the motherboard. you can either reflow the bga (this doesn't always fix it, or undoes itself if not done properly, or replace the graphics chip, or change the motherboard. here are some useful videos:
