you could access the phones contents using MASS STORAGE.
that way your phone will be recognized as a "Thumb Drive"
Just remember to "Safely Disconnect" your phone after using it to prevent corruption of data.
Hi, u should install the software provided in the LG CD itself. Once installed. activate the software pc suite. and also connect your LG phone via usb cable. You shouls see and indicated as connection ready. Select the option 'Content' under Tool, and u should able to carry out file transfer from there as usual way.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

It will take you ages to download music via BT. It is very slow. You can but by this time next year. (Joke).
You have to habe BT on and searching for other BT devices on both, your phone and computer or other BT enabled phone. Connect to each other and PAIR them. Once paired select all the music that you want on donor and from Options select Send. It will ask you how to send, Email, USB or BT. You select BT. Then it will ask you who to. Since you are already paired with your phone, the receiver, select it. Your phone will ask you, So and So want to send data, Receive it??? Say yes. And see a red light on both the phones. The transfer has begun.
Easy, is it not?
Transferring media files back and forth between your phone and your computer is quite easy if you download the "Blackberry Desktop Manager" software from Blackberry.com. There is one button on the main screen that will say either "Media" or "Media Manager" when you have the software installed, and will allow you to copy music, songs, files from your computer to the phone or vice-versa. Hint: Always open the BB Desktop Software Manager on your computer first, before connection your phone with a USB cable. Will save you hours of time!
You should have a USB cable that comes with the phone n the driver for your files transfer from PC to Phone [I hope you got that CD too]. Now first of all install that driver from the CD...when it asks connect your phone to the computer with the USB cable. Open up the File Manager,My Music n start transfering...Remember for a music player to play songs continuosly u have put the songs in the my music folder or you'll have to go to that folder[that you have created yourself] and play songs one by one...it is very easy once u start doing it. Another method is...you do that via Bluetooth option...take ringtones or songs from somebody else's phone.Let me know if there's any prob.
Instead of loading the music manager, click on file in the LG Suite box, and then click 'content'. This will connect without a problem (at least it did for me, despite music manager not working), and then drag and drop music from your pc files, onto your phone. Hope this helps.
