Yes u can go radio selection nd Divert calls using keypad witout joystick. First select any number on ur keypad, nd select more on right key, next use no2 on ur keypad nd select # key. here it wil display ur settings.. then select key no4. get list of settings.. then select no1 for call divert . again select no1 for divert always.. This s for divert calls. For rado select any number on r keypad, nd select more on right key, next use no2 on ur keypad nd select no9 for radio.

May be a dust or carbon problem. remove your body cover and clean your keypad through a neat and clean cloth. I hope it will be work properly.

U got 2 change d joystick tats d only solution its cost only 250 rupees .........

This is the main problem with Sony Ericsson. There joystick tend to stop working from time to time.

If under warranty, get it exchanged/Repaired, unless they might cause you certain bucks.

Or you need to open the cellphone. Sometimes, you might get it rectified by cleaning the joystick, on other times, you might need to replace.

try using the servie test for sony erisson.

try cleaning the keypad mat of your k700i using a pencil eraser..to do this you have to open your cellphone's hardware..
use the number keys for the shortcut..0 for menu 2 for up and so on and so forth..
