I just got my webcam and it is hooked up but is really blurry and nothing i can do will make it go clear, how do i fix this?

1) Rotate the focus ring around the lens to achieve a sharper image or use the zoom function in the webcam settings to achieve the best focal length
2) If your webcam is designed for a 2.0 USB socket and your computer does not have one you may need a powered hub.
3) Check out the readme file on the Microsoft hardare support site to see if you need additional software or a specific browser

Check out any additional software you have to download as well as the Lifecam.

Procedure
Close all programs while uninstalling - downloading and uploading software
Disconnect your webcam
Uninstall the current webcam software on your computer
Restart computer
Download the Installation package from Microsoft
Run the installer and choose your options when prompted
Connect your webcam when prompted.
4) If all else fails, reinstall the latest software before contacting Microsoft
