Problem for 321studios Games X Copy (900242) for PC

Uninstall Counter Strike 1.6 from Computer as Displays "Specified module could not be found"

I have Counter Strike 1.6 installed on one of Computer, i want to uninstall to save hard disk space and use for other programs on C:\ dirve but whenver i try to unistall it from Add or Remove Programs it displays a message "Error loading C:\DOCUME~1\user\APPLIC~1\INSTAL~1\PROFES~1\RunTime\09\00\Intel32\Ctor.dll
The specified module could not be found.
Please suggest me a solution so that i can uninstall it,
you solution will be highly appreciated?

maybe u should delete manually the files
