Question about DVD & Blu-Ray Players
Did you actually open up the player to test the transformer? If not were there any lightning storms recently or and brownouts? If not do you still have the receipt because you may be able to call SAMSUNG up and get the Recorder fixed under warranty for free. I looked at the warranty sheet for this device and it doesn't seem to mention a specific time frame so im not sure if its 1 year warranty or 90 days.
The following is the link to the warranty information about the player. It says you had to have filled out the registration card for warranty but I think you should try calling them anyway.
