Hi yopless..Here is a link to download the manual for your printer. I could tell how to do what you want to do but I believe it is easier for you if see actual pictures while you are trying to do it. You can download maybe all three of the guides. ( Quick start, setup and onscree) just so you have yhem for future reference. If this solves your problem PLEASE rate as fixed. If you need more help just add a comment and I'll be glad to assist you further. Thanks and have a nice day.

Cannon pxima MP 357 no printing & search for e 5200 error to the manual user guide

error 5200 means the printer is unable to detect ink cartridge.

I do suggest you remove the ink cartridges from your printer. Examine the surface contact to where the terminals inside the printer touches. Clean this surface with clothe moistened with alcohol.
After that reinstall the printer and see if the printers successfully detect the cartridges..

Press the stop / reset or the cancel / resume button (the button with inverted triangle enclosed in a circle) hold it for about 5 seconds until the printer self restart.

Hi Folks: I would appreciate any help and suggestions: HP DesignJet 1055CM error 0A0020 006501D1 Thanks, Paul

"Error in calibrating the APS sensor"

APS= Air Pressure System - it provides air pressure to pump in to the ink cartridges, thus pumping ink to the printheads through the ink tubes.

First things to try
- Remove all Ink cartridges.
- Power down printer.
- Power on.
- Place cartridges in ink supply station, check if they are recognized.

- Replace the one cartridge that is almost empty.

- Check all cables and air tubes in the ink supply station. (you need to remove left cover of printer)
Make sure they are all properly connected and not damaged.
Make sure the air tubes are free running - NOT pinched or bent!

- Lastly,
When all above fails, replace faulty APS sensor and / or pressure valve.

My hp 5940 only prints half of each letter on the page

The only serviceable part of this printer is the ink cartridges which includes the print heads. The error is cause by a clogged or defective ink cartridge head. You can retract the cartridges and clean the head with a soft tissue, an 70% alcohol can be of help to loosen the inks. Reinstall the cartridges and test. If error is still there, replace cartridges with new one.
Good luck.

Unable to put printer "on"

First pull the cartridge out and check the comm strip on the cartridge and the printer, Ink could have split on the comm ports ,, try to clean the ink off with alcohol on a cotton swab, then let dry and replace cartridge, then turn on print and try to print it out.

HOW DO I REPLACE THE INK CARTRIDGE IN A CANON MP 220

Take out the printer head first, which is on top of the cartridges, hence freeing the way for them to be possible to take out. Each cartridge has a plastic thing at the end that you can gently push that will "eject" them slightly and you can take them out. Take old ones out, put in new ones in the right order, push gently and await the "click" that they are in place (see the little light also going on when they are in place), put back the printer head. Close printer.

Please let me know if this helped:)

How to change printer ink cartridge

This is fairly simple. first make sure you have the proper replacement cartradge. then open the frount of your printer. your cartridge compartment should slide to the middle. to open these compartment you should look at them they should have an arrow or some sort of instructions. remove the old cartridges, take the new cartridges and make sure the securtity tape has been removed from over the bottom. then place them in the proper slots, black/color. firmly push them in, and close the ink compartments and the frount of your printer. you should be ready to go! if these instructions were not helpful, you should refer to the printers user manual and lookup ink replacement. if you have no manual, then search for your printer type and model and check out the faqs.
I hope this information was helpful.

The ink is out on my computor

The ink cartridge for your printer is out you mean. Just simply open your printer (depending on what type it is, you can either lift a lid and you will see the ink cartridge (s) which some may have tabs to release them and some you just pop out, remove the ink cartridge and take it to the store with you so you can get someone to help you purchase the right one for your printer and replace them the same way you pulled them out) they all will only go in the cartridge holder one way, close the tabs (if you have them), close the printer and turn it back on, now you will want to access your printer icon on your desktop or start menu and print a test page. It would be helpful to know what type of printer you have, but the instruction will still be the same. Hope this help.
