try cleaning your video heads with a mini dv cleaner. or you may have a lose wire somewhere in the camera.

You will have to call Panasonic customer support to find out if your palmcorder will work with your computer. You can call them at this telephone number. 1-800-211-7262. Tell them the brand name and model number of your palmcorder. Ask them if it is possible to connect up the palmcorder and your computer. Ask them what type of cables are needed and if any special hardware, drivers, or software are necessary for the set-up. They will be able to tell you what you need for the set-up.
