Panasonic SC450 Install

posted by Jackbean on Apr 30, 2008

Hi I bought this yesterday and tried to install it last night but can't get the speakers to go on the TV which is a 42 plasma. I Bought a HDMI cable which I plugged int TV and DVD as this is what the salesman advised.
The speakers work with a DVD but not with TV which you have to use AV1 or AV3 to view. What am I doing wrong or do I need another cable between TV and DVD Thanks The model is a SC-pt450gn-s which is not on your list

Yes You need a cable that runs from your cable box to the Home Theater System. If it is analog cable then you can use basic Audio Rca Cables from Best Buy. If You have a High Def box I would recommend using a Audio Fiber Optic cable from the box to the surround sound.
