Question about Insignia IS-LCDTV32 32 in. Television
Ok, This is an Insignia NS-37LCD
The TV does not power on and there is no standby light on either. I pulled the back of the TV and noticed there was no fuse. So I put in a 5A 250V mini fuse.
Now when I plug it in there is still no standby light and when power button is pressed the TV does not turn on.
If I place my ear close to the back of the TV I can notice a slight "clicking" sound when the power button is pressed. The "clicking" sound stops when the power button is pressed again. (ON/OFF)
I assume this is a power board issue? blown capacitor? I am no electrician (I know a bit) so looking for some input.
Thanks in advance.
Take a picture shw me the top capaitors .. you will be able to see if one is blown..
replace it and it should work!
