I have a Lexmark Z645

I have a Lexmark Z645 printer.
Recently installed black cartridge I refilled myself.
Status of cartridges shown as full of ink.
Test page didn't print out fully. Sections missing.
Won't print out anything
Help. Please.

you may need to do a nozzle clean, calibrate and then test page again
