All of a sudden, my HP Deskjet F380 Printer stop working. The cable(USB), ports, power cord, drivers, spooling, settings all check out. I downloaded and ran HP Printer Diagnostic, it was all green checks and okay. It even printed a test document. But when trying to print any thing from any application, it just hangs in the print quo. Re-booting, turning the PC, Printer off unconnecting and re-connecting the USB cable doesn't work. I am baffled.

The F380 is working other than the scanner. It says to check the connection, but it is all connected properly

Uninstall the printer. Plug out the USB cable from the PC of the printer then insert the driver disk of the printer and install it again as it prompts you to enter the USB plug cable. plug it in that and after that installation restart the computer.
