Convergence ICs and resistors need replacement. Very common issue. The AV48WP74 -AV65WP74 convergence repair kit from www.tvrepairworld.com has the 2 ICs and associated resistors plus the CD with repair instructions.

Yes ,this set has built in tuner,located on the SSB board next to the Deflection board.
Bottom 2 chassis onthe right is the deflection and on the left is the ssb board and right behind ssb board is the AC power supply board.
You can ship these boards for repair if you are unable to Fix it yourself.

Need the entire serial number to tell you waht year it is...the number you gave only tells what unit it was in the line of production...your bike was the 10,424th built that year. The whole number is needed to give you the full specs on the bike.
