Need wiring diagram for 230 v for delta table saw cat. #36-451

Is the motor designed for dual voltages? The manual does not have a wiring diagram. I assume the motor lable diagram is faded or missing.

Dual voltage motors contain two sets of winding. Each set is rated for the lower voltage. To operate the motor on the higher voltage the windings must be connected in series. AND, they must be connected in the same direction. I use a variac to apply 30-40 VAC to the coils in various combinations, then measure the open lead voltage to determine the proper connections. This test should be performed by a licensed electrician.

T-30 wiring changing from 460 volts to 230 volt 3 phase

There are several items that will need to be changed or replaced. First rewire motor. Remove weather head cover. On the motor will be a tag that shows how to wire for 460 volts and 230 volts.Check the tag and present wiring to make sure they match. Then look at the 230 wiring and change wiring per motor tag. Again check the motor tag to see max amps at 460 volts and 230 volts. 230 volts will be higher than 460 volts. Check the starter (if so equiped) to see how many amps its rated for. You will probably have to replace the starter. Make sure it has a 230 volt coil. Next size the overload heaters for your amperage. This conversion is not a simple task unless you're familiar with electrical . Good luck!!!
Next the starter coil will need to be replaced with a 230 volt coil

My central unit (ac) never shuts off it blows cold air the only way to stop it is turn off the power what can i do

You either have a bad thermostat, contactor or relay. Unless you are fimiliar with air conditioning and electrical it would be best to have it checked out by a HVAC service technician.
If you are fimiliar with electrical then just check and see if you have 24 volts to your contactor coil, You shouldn't have. Then check to see if you have 230 volts to the line side of contactor and 230 volts to the terminal or load side of contactor.. If no 24 volts to the coil and 230 on both sides of the contactor, then your contactor points are stuck and it needs replaced.
If you have 24 volts to the contactor and the thermostat is in the off position, not on heat or cool, then, you need to replace the thermostat.
