Avid Liquid 7 is an video editing and authoring software created by
Pinnacle Systems.Though they have mentioned support for only Windows XP,
it is possible to use Avid Liquid 7 on Windows Vista and Windows 7. Tip
is very simple. You just need to run it under compatibility mode. To do
this
Right Chick on Avid Liquid 7 Shortcut
Open file location
Right Click on exe file
Properties
Click compatibility tab
Tick mark 'Run this program in compatibility mode' and choose Windows XP (Service Pack 2)
yes indeed you can, and i know where you can source them chainreactioncycles.com, i recently changed my juicy's levers for a rockin set of carbons from crc, its simple and if you need tech assist log onto avid or mojo or like site shimano do great tutorials, only one thing check compatability before buying by sending a query to the website.
Avid is a complete different animal. The logic is backwards from Pinnacle or premiere. If you're used to those, Avid will seem like a forgeign language. Also, projects aren't compatible with Avid.
The dissolve takes a set amount of time to complete. If the clip you are trying to dissolve finishes before the end of the transition it won't work. Try shortening the length of the transition or use a longer clip.
This applies for windows vista only please check the volume control on the lower right corner in your desktop. Try to click the volume control icon then click the MIXER then look for the pinnacle studio program probably it might be muted.
my computer makes the windows uploder pop-up. when it pops up make sure it says "cyber-shot photo viewer" or something of the like.
then right click on the little binoculars in your taskbar (look down at the far right corner where all those little icons are, it's called "cyber-shot viewer media check tool"
right click, import settings, then specify a file to drop the images.
thats the only thing i can think of. call sony if that doesn't help. good luck
