Hello HP, My daughter purchased a HP 7670 computer from PC World in Feb 07. it had to be exchanged a week later as it was defective. No problems since...until the wireless mouse gave up the ghost this week. The transponder it uses enables the keyboard to be used (that is working ok) PC World agreed that the mouse is not working. My daughter has purchased a new mouse that now works. However, it is not satisfactory that an integral part of an expensive computer packs up just outside the warranty period. As there does not appear to be any Customer Service information available on the website or paperwork please can you either pass this onto the relevant department or provide us with a name of a person or department we can complain formally to?

No, not all new computers make this squeaking sound. It may be a defect of one of the internal components of the machine, and it may be present in all of those same models. You could try to replace it one more time, and then talk to Best Buy about using the gift card to buy a different computer model.

You would need to purchase a wireless adaptor to add to your daughter's pc. Once installed alone with the drivers/software, you should have no problem getting her connected wireless.

Yes, this is a defective screen. The only fix is to replace the screen. It's called a column of dead pixels. Since it is under warranty, contact HP to have them warranty it out or take it back to the place you purchased it from for an exchange. But F325 is the lowest number listed for the driver (that's what you need from the CD to install your printer on the new computer).

as u have identified the problem, pls take the defective to point of purchase for replacement.
if still a problem than to kingston for replacement. kingston gives life time wty for memory and u are eligible for new replacment.
let me kow if still a problem

well try to call xbox technical support amd they will help you out. the number is 1-800-4myxbox. tell them your problem and they will most likely give you a box in the mail for you to send it in and after a few weeks later you should get a new one in the mail

I would contact Hitachi, explain the problems you have had with the set and the inability of the service personnel not beibng able to repair the set. They may exchange it. Dont delay or you may end up being stuck with a set thats destined for alot of repair bills.

Motorola razr v3-wont turn on


I am having a simuler problem. I bought my Razr V3 the 1st week of Dec of 2004. in less than 3 weeks I started having problems. I live in Western Okla. and Dobbson is my provider. When I bought my V3 Dobbson said that there was no insurance that I could buy to protect it but, that they use a compainy that for $35 will advance exchange a phone while the broken 1 is being fixed. The compainy sent me my new phone back 17-Jan-06. phone worked great! For about 4-6weeks that is. I called the repair compainy again and they told me that my waranty had expired. So I lived with the trouble I was having(check SIM)for almost 1 year. I found that by putting paper between the SIM card wire retainer & SIM the problem was deminished. Around the 1st of 2007 the phone started having more problems. Locking up, screen going blank (white), & turning itself off. I contacted the Dobbson and they gave me a new repair compainy to contact. I sent my Razr to them expecting to receive the phone back in working order. They received my phone on 6 Feb 07 and they sent it back on 7 feb 07 for the reason that my phone was out of warrenty. I went to motorola.com and put in my phones ID # and was told that the warrenty had expired on 2 Feb 07. Later I found out that the 1st and 2nd repair compainy were both the same compainy. The same compainy that had told me my phone was out of warrenty approximently 1 year earlyer. I have sent a letter to Motorola about this problem and that was over 2 weeks ago and havent heard anything from them (motorola). I also called the repair compainy and after not receaving any help from the lady that answered the phone so I ask to speak to the supervisor. I was transfer to the supervisors voice mail, so I left a message. And of course I have not received any communication from that supervisor eather. Don't know what else to do. Anybody haveing simuler problems? What did you do? Thanks Gregg
