Question about Ahead Software Nero 6 Ultra Edition (2434nl20) for PC
If you can reinstall the program, you probably should do that first.
If that does not cure the problem, then you will have to investigate the sound driver in your computer to see if it is operating.
Click start on lower left of your computer.
Click control panel.
Click sound,speech and audio devices.
Click sound and audio devices.
Click hardware and see if your sound devices are listed.
Click on the device you want to troubleshoot and click then click troubleshoot and go from there.
This is based on windows xp home edition.
