The connector is a vertical connectors which links the drawer to the machine. As you are facing the back of the machine, the connector is on the left side next to the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) connector. The ADF connector is horizontal.

  1. Power OFF the machine.
  2. Unplug the vertical connector in the back of the machine by pushing down on the button at the rear of the plug and pulling toward you. It may be difficult to remove the plug; you need to push down on the button and pull toward you at the same time
  3. Plug the one vertical connector back into the machine.
  4. Power ON the machine.

I have a Sharp SF 2114 copier. Just replaced the toner and now it's flashing L5.

if taking the toners back out and putting them back in doesn't fix it, try having it run an alignment. Let it redo the setup for it as that is a lens adjustment error code.

I have a sharp 2025

Hello !

That error code indicates a drive problem with 4th/5th mirror assembly, motor, sensor, board. Your copier has a stepping motor failure and a sensor failure.

Needs to be serviced.

Hope this helps.

Where to put fuser oil in a xerox 5624 copier

I don't believe this machine uses Fuser oil. I bet it was picked up from a sight that had other machines and the oil was just put inside the machine as it was being wheeled away.

Xerox Copier Machine - Error U4

The fuser is not warming up.
On that machine under the web there is a thermal fuse on a white plastic mount, it has one screw through it.
It is most likely blown. Possibly caused by a jammed paper in the fuser.
That fusable link needs to be replaced.
