Unable to open exe files

Well,
the same things happened to my laptop too. I came up with one of the solutions like steps below, i hope you can fix your xp or vista if you follow the instructions.

1. copy code below between the brakets and save as fixrun.reg on your hard drive [

2. run the fixrun.reg either by clickin' on it or typing. After that u ready for rollin'.
Any file with extension .exe should work and .pif & .ink files should be runnin'as well.

Are the games for Windows mobile Smartphone or Pocket PC? if its for PocketPC then it wont work on Q since its non-touch screen.
