Question about Epson Stylus CX4200 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I had the same problem and I tried almost everything but the only thing that worked at the end was to:
1- Turn off the printer..
2- Take out the USB port from the back of the computer
3- uninstall all the programs and drivers (I mean everything such as scanner driver, printer driver)
4- Turn off your computer
5- plug in the USB port for the printer back in.. (If you have different USB spot in the back of your computer it would be much better to plug it to a different one because it might help the process.. I'm not sure but I did change it to another one)
6- Turn on the computer (your computer will recognize the new hardware and it will pop up a window for adding the hardware)..
7- **DO NOT INSTAL THE PRINTER FROM THAT POP UP**
8- instead close that pop up window and put your epson CD in your CD driver..
9- open "My computer" and right click on driver for your cd and click on "OPEN"
10- There are two folders one is "Drivers" and the other is "Titles".. Double click on "Drivers" then "Printer" then "English"..
11- there are two folders depending on which "Windows" you are using.. if it is XP use "WINXP_2K" or else use the other one.. after clicking on that, there is another folder "Setup".. Go in there and find a setup file which kinda looks like a computer with arrow..
12- install that and you're done with the printer..
13- after installing the printer go back to the first folders where it was for printer and scanner..enter to the "Scanner" folder and install your scanner...
14- Restart your computer BEFORE openning the programs..
When you restarted it.. Go to the printer stuff and tada, it is in english,,
Hopefully this will work for you guys as well and hopefully someone knows where is the language change in the printer prefrences, so we won't go through hell like this or hopefully the guys from Epson will think twice before making a program for their printers.. :D

This happened to me too!
I just moved my EPSON CX4200 printer to another computer in my house and when I installed the software, it installed it in French!
This makes no sense, as it didn't do that the first time I installed it on the other computer.
I have e-mailed Epson Support about the problem, but who knows if I will actually get an answer. I will post it here if I do.
