Appears to be a problem with the finishing tray attached to your copier - disconnect the tray from the copier (pull it away and unplug it), restart and see if you still get the message. You will need to have a tech fix the problem with your finisher tray, but you might be able to make use of the machine without it until then.
Not sure I follow your story. Have you checked the output of the alternator while it is on the engine, and is it between 13 and 14 volts ? Does the battery lose power while the engine is running or after you turn the engine off ? Is the alternator output normal but not reaching the battery ?
It is on the motherboard. Take the power cord off the unit and panel to access it. On the board is a small round battery which is about half an inch in diameter and silver (chrome plated) somewhere on the board. Usually a CR 2032. It is what powers the memory of the CPU. Cost is around $2.50

I would check the connection between the battery and the starter motor although its quite feasable that your starter is worn and is loading up, which makes it slow to turn and require more power from the battery.
Maybe you can remove the starter motor for testing?
well they could have gave you a messed up phone. the best thing to do is to take it back to them and tell them what is going on, most likely they would give you a new phone
