This is part of the Lexmark printer drivers.

Try to uninstall the drivers then reinstall them.
If you don't use the LExmark printer anymore, then just uninstall.

That should correct the problem.

What does this message on my pc mean?Error in c: windows \ system32 \ spool\ drivers \ w32x86\3\dlcd time. Dll missing entry: run dll entry

Time.dll was probably installed along with some software that came with the HP printer.
As time.dll is shared with other applications HP may have removed it during the uninstalling process and either some oter application is looking for it or a command to open it has been left behind.
As you say the Dell printer is working well so have alook in your StartUp folder (Documents and Settings/User/Start Menu/Programs?StartUp) and delete any reference to that file of HP Printer.
Also look under StartUp by Clicking Start > Run and typing msconfig and uncheck andy reference to HP or the file.
If it turns out another pallication needs the file then reinstall that application.

Tip

Add Remove Programs list is blank -- Windows 2000

Usually It happens due to some virus activity or any corruption in system files. So when you go to Add Remove Programmes, It shows nothing but a blank space.

· To resolve this issue with Internet Explorer 6.0 installed, repair Internet Explorer 6.0:
Click Start, and then click Run.
Paste the following command in the Open box, and then click OK:
rundll32 setupwbv.dll,IE6Maintenance "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\Setup\SETUP.EXE" /g "C:\WINDOWS\IE Uninstall Log.Txt"

If the Add/Remove Programs tool still does not function properly, shows no content, or if you want to try to fix this issue without upgrading to later versions of Internet Explorer, check the following registry keys to make sure that they contain entries:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall

How do I fix the dcom server launcher, the computer keeps shutting down after it's been on for about five minutes?

Click Here to Download this program (its free). Install it. Update it. Run a FULL scan of your computer (took about 30 minutes and the viruses didn't pop up until the very end of the scan). Delete ALL of them (note: you have to reboot to delete the ones in windows system 32) There will be a list of about 5-10 infections they should be similar to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\tdssdata (Trojan.Agent)

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\tdss (Trojan.Agent)

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\Tcpip\Parameters\NameServer (Trojan.DNSChanger)

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\T cpip\Parameters\NameServer (Trojan.DNSChanger)

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet003\Services\T cpip\Parameters\NameServer (Trojan.DNSChanger)

C:\WINDOWS\system32\tdssadw.dll (Trojan.Agent)

C:\WINDOWS\system32\tdssl.dll (Trojan.Agent)

C:\WINDOWS\system32\tdssserf.dll (Trojan.Agent)

C:\WINDOWS\system32\tdssmain.dll (Trojan.Agent)

C:\WINDOWS\system32\tdssinit.dll (Trojan.Agent)

C:\WINDOWS\system32\tdsslog.dll (Trojan.Agent)

C:\WINDOWS\system32\tdssservers.dat (Trojan.Agent)

C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\tdssserv.sys (Trojan.Agent)

CAUSE
Windows XP SP3 introduces a new .dll file that is named Wlanapi.dll. This file is installed in the %WINDIR%\System32 folder. Certain device driver installations for some third-party wireless network adapters also install a Wlanapi.dll file in the %WINDIR%\System32 folder. If such a file is installed in this folder before you install Windows XP SP3, the Wlanapi.dll file that is associated with the network adapter is replaced by the file from the Windows XP SP3 installation.

RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, check the Web site of the wireless network adapter's manufacturer for the latest device drivers that are available for a Windows XP SP3-based system. Then, download and install the latest device drivers for the wireless network adapter. Source(s): http://support.microsoft.com/kb/950720

I hit F8, here is the new error message

If this is all you are seeing, then this is not an error. What is happening here is that your computer is loading Safe Mode. This is a way to load Windows operating system without any extra software or programs, using the most basic drivers and software to load. There are a lot of benefits to accessing this mode, especially if you installed a program that stops you from getting into Normal Mode, or you have a virus that does the same. It makes it easy to troubleshoot. Here is a link to a website with a little more info:

http://www.computerhope.com/jargon/s/safemode.htm

If you load your computer normally by not pressing any keys, then you should be fine.
