Question about Polaroid FLM-3732 Television
I own my FLM-3732 since the end of February 2007 and as soon as the warranty expire the TV come up with all the different problem.
When you turn it on I have no Video and only a crazy loud sound. Trying to shout down the unit doesn't make any good, I need to unplug it and try again from the beginning. After 5 or 6 of this trial I finally get the Polaroid Logo and the video, but still the sound is only Loud Noise. To hear something I need to put the audio from the TV in Mute and use my surround system.
I check on the web and I notice that Polaroid knows about this since back in March 2007 but didn't make any recall or comments about it. It seams that some model have been shipped out with faulty Control Box.
When I called Customer service I receive an option of buying a replace TV for 495 US$ + Shipping. on top of this I was suppose also to pay to ship back mine, Total 650 US$. I told the customer representative that this was clearly a Joke. Now I sent an e-mail to the VP of Customer Service/Quality Control. I will keep posting news and update if something got resolved.
Can someone post the email for the VP of customer service/quality control?

We have a polaroid too and same problem, we are in the first week of this problem so im sure it will get worse
