Question about Saeco Primea Cappuccino Touch Plus Coffee Maker

Saeco Primea Ring - no milk - just steam

Hi
What can be wrong with my brand new Saeco? got it yesterday.
When brewing cappuchino or just choosing hot milk - i only get a lot of
steam out of the front. No milk what so ever.
I tried all cleaning programs, and removed the capphinarro and cleand it, but nothing helps. Any clues?

Think i solved this myself. I just found that a small part is missing on the cappuchinarre. A small "lid" is missing on the top part, so no I just need to get this part and do a test.

    Hi there again,

I now have all my settings the same as you!
Milk is hot and latte is great with pre-ground coffee and the remains
are dry and like a 'hockey puck'.

    I am still having some
problems with the coffee beans! The machine appears to get blocked, I
mean the coffee comes out very slow and really thick.

In the tray tray the coffee remains are very wet and not like a 'hockey puck'.

    Any ideas.

    Thanks in advance

Hello!!
Okay! Looks like many of you out there has the same problem, whit the milk temerature (not me i never had).
But there is a service menu on primea touch plus series.
Im from Sweden but i will try my best to explain how to enter the menu. First of all !!MUST!! write down off parameters before changing any thing!!!! It is possible to set the grinder to grin more coffie for each cup. I think the factory setting is 85 Aroma impulse. It is possible to change that for you type of coffie beans that you use, i will diff from bean to bean.

Okay, to enter the menus you have to turn you machines off.
Now turn it on !!!!!EXACTLY!!!!! when the display lights up press your display in the following order ALWAYS IN THE CORNERS (you will not see any icons were you have to touch on you display) RIGHT LOWER CORNER, LEFT UPPER CORNER, RIGHT UPPER CORNER, LEFT LOWER CORNER.

To enter the second service menu, do as i explained before but use this "CODE" instead. LEFT UPPER CORNER, RIGHT UPPER CORNER, LEFT LOWER CORNER, RIGHT LOWER CORNER. This is it! Hope i could help you! Remeber to write down before doing any changes! DO NOT ERASE ANY FAULT CODES YOU SERVICE CENTER WILL FIND THAT INFORMATION VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!

Dont say that it didnt work, it will it´s a huge matter of timing!!!! IT WILL WORK!!!!

Let me know some results please!!

Just want to give a tip.
If you look in the grinding menu "settings" from the service menu, you will find a menu called something like Impulses whit Aroma. Std setting in my machine were 85, i changed to 115. Works fine with my type of beans. The only thing that might happend if you choose a value that is to high is that the machine will stop the brewing and go out to the start screen again. Just like it dose when you add to much prebrewed coffie. What you do when you change the grinder setting is. You change the time that the grinder are spinning. It mean you will have a lot more beans for each cup of coffie you brewing. Please have a look at the coffie "pods" they should look like "hockey pucks" hard and solid, in the "trash can" on the machine. You may have to "fine tune" that setting when you change bean type.
It is easy to do and it´s worth it big time! ;)

Another tip for you, if you take out the brew group and look at it you will find a metal filter on it whit a X screw in the center of it.
You need i very short screw driver to reach it. Remove that filter and clean it carefully. Put the filter against a light source you must see thru all these small holes. You might need a needle to get rid of all dirt. It will not fall out any small parts when you remove that filter. Easy fix!

Brand new Incanto Classic bought online, not working after 1 month

First, machine should be under warrantee- check with 1800myjuicer.com
Sounds also like you have blockage in the steam wand- every time you froth milk, you should let some water come out- to prevent clogging. Try first inserting a pin into steam want ( machine turned off) to see if that alleviates the problem. Also contact
Saeco USA Inc.at 800-933-7876 (toll-free), ask for customer support, or contact SAECO via e-mail at : outlet@saeco-usa.com
