Remotes.com lists 2 remotes for the H2530Y. They do not have either of the original remotes in new condition. They have a used version of the Guest remote.
The codes change with the remote's brand and only some models of the same brand share codes, so you need to use the codes that come with the new remote.
I Also posted for Help on FreeCycle.com and a local resident had an original manual with the Codes, and sent Me a Copy on my E-mail. It worked perfectly. thanks 4 trying anyway. Chuck.
My charter cable company gave me the following three codes for their universal multi unit remote: 10047, 00600, 00629, 00699. The first one was developed by having the remote search for the code and it worked with my unit (identical to yours). The other two were provided by the cable company. Hope this helps!
Someone had posted a solution to manually program the remote. The information came from RCA website. It worked fine. I still would like the code numbers for my remote. I have a LG TV that is about a year old.
