Hi. I recently bought an acer aspire 5720 that came with vista home premium. I repartitioned my hard drive and deleted the pqservice (hidden) partition. After that i installed vista ultimate and then I tried to install acer erecovery but i got the following message: "not d2d system, erecovery cannot be istalled". D2D recovery is enabled in bios and i haven't any recovery disks. Acer support site says that erecovery needs a specific partitioning structure to work, so i thought that creating a partition with the same size as the pqservice partition (around 10 GB in my model) at the beggining of the hard drive erecovery could work. So i use acronis disk director to do that but i have the same result. Please tell me if there is a way to install erecovery. thanks paulo
