Some DVDs can't change the Audio or Subtitles in Button of the Remote, try change in the Menu,
Try again with the Remote with another DVD Disc...

SOURCE: i cannot find the code
only the manufacture if possible can replace certain remotes, my best advice would to buy a better universal remote. the more expensive remotes covers more codes for programming.

If the unit is showing "invalid disk" on every disk that you try to play, unfortunately, the unit has developed a defect and needs to be replaced. It can not be repaired. Our warranty is 90 days from the date of purchase. If you received the unit as a Xmas present, please call the number above for instructions on getting the unit exchanged.
