I lost my cd installer

If want the driver, check http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/digitalcommunication/downloads/default.mspx
1) Select type of product - Webcam
2) Select your product - LifeCam VX-1000
3) Select your operating system
4) Select your operating system language
5) Click Go
From next page click on link to download required drivers.

Go to THIS site and download the driver.

In most cases Microsoft webcams do not work very good with Yahoo Messenger ,because of the size ,Yahoo messenger screen size is different than MSN or AOL, if you connect it and it just work by itself but not with Yahoo messenger webcam
continue with yahoo it will give you the software to adjust your webcam window size so ,You can use Yahoo messenger ,I forgot the name of the patch but as soon as yahoo does not detect your webcam it will help you to get the patch just keep on going while you are in Yahoo messenger.

you need to do is type a driver name eg “Microsoft LifeCam VX-1000 Webcam” and it will provide you the download links to the driver without having you to move through a maze of web pages. also use drop down section for refine your search
