I only found one PDF file online and it was a general book that showed how to wire most of the wire systems and controllers.
You definetly have a control issue. However trying to diagnose the exact problems that you have would be very difficult without actually seeing the wiring. You defintely have a wiring/control issue but I cannot tell you exactly what it is without more info. Sorry, I would love to help you more...
could be fan speed or air pressure switch-is case seal sealing properly also check grommets under boiler for blowing.

hope this is helpful. On my potterton 24 combi boiler it is the valve that sits the lowest, with a slight indent in the black tap. if you turn this for a short period you will hear a hiss and the pressure will quickly build to the desired pressure, when you can them turn the tap back off.
