The canon printer i have is pixma MP560 i dont have a printer installer can you help me if i can download a installer or compatible installer for this it came from the us.

Download Windows 7 driver and right click on installion icon and run compatability select windows 7.

Right click and select run as administrator.

This will solve the problem of installation on Windows 10

I presume this is the Canon MP560.

I would uninstall the driver you are using, if you had installed a specific driver and then download and install and updated driver for your version of MAC from:

Make sure you select the correct language and version from the choices available.

The more generic printer functions will most likely be recognized when the system detects hardware connected via USB hub.

Unlike Windows there's no need to find vendor specific drivers to install, reboot, pray, reboot, etc.

For Canon PIXMA MP560 printer the serial number is INSIDE the printer. Lift the lid as if you were going to change the ink cartridge. When the cartridge slides to the left, you will be able to see a small white sticker inside the track with the serial number printed on it.
