Appears to be related to an application that does not have the correct license or maybe you are opening a doc from somewhere that is not installed on your pc? When does it happen? When your pc starts up, or when you download something? Or when you click on a file in a folder?? Need more info pls..

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I cannot get internet explorer pages to stay up

If your running Win XP/2000, download and scan with Ewido Anti-Spyware v4.0 in "SAFE MODE".
Print out the Ewido Install and Scan Instructions

Download and scan with Ad-Aware SE Personal 1.06. Setup & Configure as shown here.
Download and scan with Spybot S&D 1.4. Setup & Configure as shown here.
[DO NOT choose the option to install TeaTimer]
Note: If you encounter any error messages while downloading the updates, manually download them from here.

Since your having trouble with IE you may not be able to perform any online scans. I recommend that you download Firefox and then perform this online Virus scan:
Trend Micro Housecall Scan for Firefox

Once done with these scans try using IE again. If the problem persists then it would be best to post a hijackthismag-glass_10x10.gif log to have a detailed look at your system. Let us know at that point and we will instruct you on how to post a log.

Hope This Helps!!!  Please Don't Forget to Rate my Response!!! Thanks!!!

The problem: C:\DOCUME~1\GDMCDA~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER490dir00\mini070808-02.dmp C:\DOCUME~1\GDMCDA~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER490dir00\sysdate.xml I believe microsoft Internet Explorer does not work wee with AOL...

the firs hing to do here is goto your Temp folder and delete all files then if you are using ie6 then upgrade to ie7 as AOL is more happy with IE7 run AOL to log in to their server thn minimize AOL explorer then run internet explorer this should bupass their security measures that block you brouwse other sites.

happy webbing.

Printing from e-mail

The problem you are having is caused because you are printing from a web based email and just clicking print prints the email, the frame and all the advertising on the page.

to avoid this try the following:

1. Doubleclick the email to open it, not just use a preview pane.
2. Highlight just the text that you want to print. (You can click the cursor at the beginning of the text, hold down the CNTL Key and then press down arrow till all lines of text you want are highlighted)
3. Click FILE, PRINT on the browser menu (DO NOT CLICK THE PRINT ICON)
4. A Print window should appear, in the PRINT RANGE section, click SELECTION, then click OK. At this time, only the text you selected should print.
