Question about Sony Ericsson S710a
I have a SE s710a..i opened it because some of the keys are not working..after cleaning it, i turn it on..but it wont turn on..
First off, is it showing any source of power? If no lights are turning on, check to make sure the battery has a good connection to the pins. Most likely it is a pinched wire inside the case. You will have to reopen the case and move the wires around to make sure they are no longer pinched. Unfortunately, you may have damaged circuitry. If you attempted to power on the phone before rice drying it, then most likely you did, and thats why it will not power on. I suggest rice drying it, after about two days, place the device on a charger. If the red light does not come on after a few hours of charging, the phone is dead, sorry.
