I purchased 3 Shift mp3 players sold by Innovage in Dec 2007. #1 would not hold a charge, I returned it and it's replacement will not hold a charge. #2 fell completely apart and we had to tape it back together.(the store would not replace it) # 3 also fell apart(the store would not take it back. I purchased all of them at Bill's Dollar in Greensboro, Ga store over the Christmas holidays and by the first of January all of the problems began. There is no customer service number to help you with these problems and finally someone told me that arcsoft might be the parent company. I paid $50 each for them, I may as well thrown the money out of a window.
