Tthere is 1 wire that is suppose to go to your emergency brake, just ground it in with your ground wire in your wire harness.

whats the exact model of DVD player?

Hi can i just ask 2 quick questions1
With ignition switched off and no key in it does the dvd player come on
2If it does come on then check for me that it switches off when you release the handbrake

Their is a safety wire going to the earth on the handbrake ok this would need moving and earthing somewhere else but getting this wrong could either blow a fuse or worse blow the player, Also do you still have the wiring instructions or ont
