We just got the internet fixed and now I downloaded the Zune software. But after installing, the program was very bad. Its crazy! You can't read any of the words, the pictures are horrable, and I can't add anything because I CAN'T READ IT! PLEASE HELP!!!!

i think you should try again, because it's not displayed in the menu, should i download it using hardware wizard?

netrecov, can you give me a link for zune graphics error? What i mean is there's a glitch in the graphics and i couldn't upload the pic for it or can't find one like it. But it's something like this:

I got he software fixed now, all we had to do was change the pixel setting, LOL!

WizJust don't use the software. Click Start > My Computer > find your Zune (will be represented as an additional drive there) > open it and delete, drag and drop songs, video, pictures, etc....
When your done right click on the USB device connected icon in your systray (next to your system clock) and select eject USB device, locate your Zune in the dialog box that appears and when it says it's safe to disconnect, disconnect it.
