Here is a link to the error codes for your washer. http://www.manualslib.com/manual/213875/Baumatic-Bdw13.html?page=25
Also, another link to an incredible source of info on a whole host of manufacturers' diagnostic routines--your model is on page 19, includes how to enter diagnostic mode, etc. I hope this helps you!
UNPLUG FIRST. Detach the hose or hoses. Take them put them in a bucket of bleach, and let it go through. Rinse and put back on. It should stop your problems, but it won't smell real nice.... Sorry! Get a fan and open the door if you don't live in a hot city!
Error Code E2 means the pump is blocked. The remedy is to take the filter out which is underneath the bottom dish basket and ensure its is clean and free from debris. Then use a small container to empty the water sitting in the bottom of the machine/filter housing and ensure that no waste is stuck in the bottom. That should clear it
the top tray has a nozzle on rear, which pushes into a screw on rubber seal on inside rear of appliance.this splits and stops water being fed to sprayer on top tray.phone baumatic parts dept, only a few pence, but sent mine free!
If it's any help then here is the link to the user manual (when you download it it applies to bdw13 as well even though it is labelled for the bdw14)

Best I could come up with is to try page 19 at the bottom of the "dishwasher doesn't run" section - there are two different types of reset which may do the job.
Hope this helps :)
