Question about Canon NP 6050 Copier
I have been asked to sell a Canon NP 6050 copier on behalf of a friend and have been asked by buyers how many copies it has done. When I asked my friend to check the counter for me, she told me the counter read: 0136012 0439607. The copier has been used by a small Accounting firm for most if not all of it's life and cannot possibly have completed that many copies - am I not reading it correctly.....?
Some versions of that model had 2 meters. one was all copies and one was long copies. These copiers were expected to go over a million copies and had 7 digit meters on them. So you have a meter reading of 439,607 copies. You can verify this in service mode (poke a strightened paper clip thru the hole on the front cover, near the meters. press * 6 * add the l_total and s_total readings together. expect a slight variance)

I would say that is not the correct meter. The meter is only 6 digits long, maybe 7 it's been awhile scine I looked at one. You probly have a meter of 0136012. There is only one hard counter / meter in the copier. It's not even the serial number?? Good luck
